The google translate is a little wacky, but the site has almost all the pictures from all the old sets in chinese.
The links on the left is for listing, the links in the middle are for *.zip Archive downloads.
However, it has s-chinese listings sometimes ( e.g. 5th edition) so it might not be the site you were looking for.
