Mysterious Misprint Booster With Red Stripe?

While opening a Darksteel Booster Box just now,in the middle of the Box,there was that Booster with a Red Stripe.I did get Only 6 Foils in that Box(4 Commons and 2 Uncommons),so I presume that either a Foil Rare or a Foil Uncommon may be inside.I have no ideas about what happen to this booster with the red stripe.Any Members have some clues?

could be an inducator that the booster wrapper material in the packing process is ending soon.

Hi Members.
I could get satisfied with the previous answer from Pickle.69,but I received this message from a Member:

i opened a booster box of Time Spiral Chinese and the first booster that i see is with a black band,know you something similar??

It works for me,mine is the same.Does it mean that the card inside the Booster have a Red Stripe for sure?How many cards,the First 2 Ones?

I just show the placeholder. Right-clicking -> Show Image also doesn't bring it up. I pulled the URL from the source (http://www.powernine.com/cardimages/RedTape_S.jpg) and tried it alone. It gave me the message that no such address exists. When I then backed up the directory tree, PowerNine immediately redirected me to their eBay store. I'm thinking either they or my wireless ISP is blocking the link. Glad to see others aren't having the problem.

No, the cards inside will NOT have the red stripe.

I'm pretty sure that the red tape is just a tape they use for something. I happen to have a pack that had it on the outside, and those two cards that must have picked it up on the sheet before the sheet was cut.

Note that the pack was Onslaught, and the cards were Darksteel.

The pack in that picture is still sealed.

I was not present when the two cards in the picture were opened. I do not know if the rest of the commons from that pack also had red tape on them.
