Wow, and to think I never thought my Portuguese Ice Age would ever be relevant. I'll check at home tonight (assuming I remember)...

Thank You very much

Right now, you are my only hope :-)

Let's see if any other Librarities members can help with this.

Hortar - I'm curious about why you think these cards aren't printed in Portuguese? I've been collecting non-english sets for about 15 years, and the only time i've found that a card was pulled from a set was due to art (in Chinese) or due to ante rules for Portuguese.

Not being able to find 'em doesn't prove much - it's impossible to prove a negative. However, I just looked through my foreign ice age and couldn't find any! Most of my collection is German and Spanish - I maybe have 5 packs worth of Portuguese, so I don't know that my search proves much.

Hi Squt,

Yes you are right the ante cards are not printed in Portuguese, that's why I don't have Amulet of Quoz on this list.
I collect since 1995 also, and between 1997 and 2000 I had a Magic shop in my home town, near Lisbon, I'm from Portugal and I know very well the Portuguese market.
There's something strange in all this.
Three years ago I start rebuilding my old sets in a single language (Portuguese), and those cards are missing in Portuguese and couldn't find any of them.
In all this time, I try to find these cards in Portuguese Shops (including Brazil), old players, old collectors, international online shops, everything.
I have bought sealed Portuguese boosters and decks and nothing.
Since we are talking about 8 Uncommon cards, what I'm missing !!!

Are this cards real? (I think so because they are on Wizards Portuguese card lists for Ice Age)
Why is so difficult (impossible !!!) find any of these 10 uncommon cards?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Ok, so I'll be honest, I didn't think there was anything mysterious here, just some random cards hard to find.

Welp, just dug through a box worth of starters (with better uncommons removed, but the chaff still there..like all these cards are) and 14 boosters worth of uncommons beside...

and I simply cannot find any of these cards...

My wife on the other hand was more concerned that I had enough Portuguese Ice Age to even be worth looking at them...

I'm going to try to see if I have any more sitting around here, but for now I'd say we have a bona fide mystery here...

Thank You for the confirmation.

This is a mystery hard to believe
Any further help will be appreciate, it's strange that after so many years nobody have an answer to this question.

Anyone have more news about this mystery or have a Portuguese Ice Age set completed and can confirm the existence of the cards?

Any help will be appreciate.

This is the only thing I'm missing to have a full and global Portuguese Magic Collection completed in Normal Print.

Thank You

Wasn't the Ice Age Uncommon Sheet 10 x 11 cards? If so, maybe it was missing a line of cards? I'm checking with a person that may own a Spider. I am also missing all these cards.

The plot thickens.

I picked this up from a local gaming store in Vancouver. There were the contents of a Portuguese Ice Age booster in the collection.

I am thoroughly confused.

Edit: The colors are normal. My scanner is acting up.

Well color me confused.

No clue at all, mebbe there was more than one print run or something? Were there ever 'promo' Ice Age items that might have been a different run?
