Are you ok to say that this card is absolutely impossible to find in european language?

it's seems that it's the same difficulty to find foil playable kamigawa cards like cards from mercadia set (daze...), due to the poor quality of these sets.

The whole block was terrible. Couldn't imagine people wanting to rip open tons of it. Its out there give enough effort.
