Introductory Two Player Set & languages

Post by axcel » Wed May 25, 2011 12:54 am

Out of all my Faeries and Drakes, Scryb Sprites from this set are the most elusive; after so many years I only managed to get English and German, and MagicCardMarket only offers German ones (what's pretty unusual - I'd expect at least some English, but another languages should appear as well). So, is it really so difficult to find a French one, or a Spanish, or another? Or it's just my bad luck?

Any experience with getting cards from these sets? Any suggestions, places where to look?

French ones are not so difficult.

Spanish and Italian are really hard. Japanese are really expensive.

I have an extra french scryb spirites.

I only know magiccardmarket for unit cards, all other stores don't list this set.

So far it seems true - I got the French thanks to Simon, but I'm still looking for the three languages you mentioned. :(

It took me 2 years to get an Italian one, and $800 to get both the Japanese ones...

If you're sure what you have is really I2PS, could you check the copyright date? We have a problem in another thread. ;)

I don't think he can check as they are sealed. If he were to open the deck or gift box, they would lose much of their value, imo.

Ah, right. I don't know why I assumed he wasn't talking about sealed boxes. :P

True, I never opened them. Sorry.

I was told the cards inside were "ordinary cards" and not new for the decks releases unlike some other editions.

Am I wrong ? Which languages are special releases ?
