Hello,
I saw a Treasure Hunt promo on Ebay à 9.99$ already.
Do you have the release date of those comics ?

The first issue was supposed to be on December, right ?

About the promo card, do you know if the card is inside the book, or if it's a coupon to send ?

The on sale date
has been changed a number of times, currently Diamond Comics Distribution
has it slated for 2/1/12. Can you confirm for us, or at least clarify - we
have ordered nearly 200 and have many preorder customers who are unfamiliar
with the comic industry (and the potential delays/problems all of us have
before the product gets to the customer). much appreciated !

So sorry for the delay on that book,
we're all anxious for its release. Indeed, it is definitely confirmed for a
2/1 release! No moving it again, it's really happening. We had a bunch of
unforeseen printing challenges having the card included, but they were all
ironed out, and it will definitely be hitting shelves 2/1....

I just picked up a few copies last week.

The promo is on top of the book and the entire thing is sealed in shrink wrap. There is also a very stiff piece of cardboard in the middle of the book to keep it from bending.

I opened a copy to add the promo to my binders plus I am keeping a copy sealed. Although, I don't know how archival safe the piece of cardboard in the middle will prove to be...

The dealer where I got mine is getting some more. His first batch (25) went right out--most were already spoken for.

He should get them shortly. Do any of you want me to reserve one for you?

The standard issue version of issue #1 has the issue number and cover price. They are supposed to come sealed with the promo card.

There are two Retailer Incentive (RI) variant covers of issue #1 that do not have cover prices. They do not come sealed and do not include the promo card.

RIA has Deschamps cover art and is the 1:10 variant.
RIB has Moeller cover art and is the 1:20 variant.
Pictures of the three covers can be found on the inside front cover of any of the three versions.

Issue #2 was released yesterday Feb. 29.
The standard issue has cover art by Karl Kopinski which is also the same art for the Faithless Looting promo card that comes with the sealed comic.

There is an unsealed Retailer Incentive (RI) variant (1:10) with cover art by Martin Coccolo that does not include the promo.
