Opening a box of Dark Mercadian Masques
Ok, this one is random.
I managed to get a random box of MM dirt cheap. It's English, and I'm just opening it for singles for my store. I noticed as I was opening it that the cards are, without a doubt, the dark version of MM.
Is there anything anyone wants me to check out about the information on the box to see if there is something that could, theoretically, ID such a box and differentiate it from a normal printing box?

Very cool, I was sorting some cards recently and pulled out a bunch of commons that were noticeably darker from MM.
Perhaps you could check to see if the box says printed in Belgium or United States? I'm curious if it was printed in both locations.

You didn't keep a few boosters unopened I take it!
Any differences in the wrappers at all? You wouldn't happen to have any of them still?
I don't think I ever played with MM but I was toying with putting together a land collection and the Port was quite expensive if I remember rightly.
Bad luck with the pulls but at least it kills a few hours!

My feeling exactly. Give me 4 of everything, in perfect condition, preferably after the set rotated out.GlobalBoosterHunter wrote:Yup! been there, fortunately I was collecting sets so even bad cards are needed, just not too many of them.Gryfalia wrote:Nah, opened em all. When the box is that crappy you just have to keep hope that SOMETHING will come out of it...
