The Magic Librarities

Does anyone own any of those or can provide info, it was not added on the website because of so much lack of info, back in the years. This is what I know about them:

Lost Continent is a set of stickers created for Magic. Very little is known about this set, except that it is contains a sixth color (Orange). The "C" in the casting costs below refers to colorless mana. It also has some new mechanics such as "Rationing" and "Hierarchy", but the exact function of these is not known.
