The mtg cards become smaller?

Have a doubt with a sun blenched fow set
this guy sold me the set, but the cards are smaller than a normal card, by perhaps a little less than half a millimeter. My question is, blenched cards may decrease their size?
These are the FOW

Top card is the smaller fow , the card below is a normal mtg card.
Just three of them. The fourth's size fits the measure
FIRST FOW .
SECOND FOW
THIRD FOW

My playset of sunbleached fow is exactly the same size than normal cards.

This is usually a sign of a rebacked card, but why would someone use a back in such bad shape? Can we get a hi-res scan of one of the fronts? Just one corner of the card will do, don't need the entire thing

I don't know how to do a picture to show "exactly the same size" lol (you'll see only one card)
But if you have an idea, i'll do it ;)

if you could lay one sun blenched force of will and a mtg card by its side to see they are equal in size?

On a rebacked card, sanding the edges would be done to hide misaligned edges.
Perhaps these were sanded for a different reason. They are in rough shape and have clearly seen a lot of play unsleeved. Maybe they were sanded so that you could cut the deck and have the smaller card be on top?
