How many codes , there's for IDW 2 or 3 ?

CVR stands for Cover

RE = Retailer Exclusive
RI = Retailer Incentives

I only saw 3 so far, since the 1st issue of the first series was available with 2 variant covers. RIA and RIB.

One thing I just noticed on the page you made : there are 2 different variant covers for Spell Thief #1. They bear the same code though. Never paid attention if both were really released (have to check what I received myself) or if the sellers were using stock photos on their Ebay listings.

Here is the variant cover for Theros #1, that is missing on your page :

It's not missing, I wait to find a proper scan without the card, I only use scan with card , whenever I can't find a regular one. Look in the index, that was one of my previous topic about Variant Cover:
