It seems that some of the information I submitted earlier here:
http://www.mediafire.com/view/41u3n2f1h ... o_MTG.docx
Has not been added to the list.

MOL Magic 2010 Full Set Regular
Made in the USA.
What's MOL
Journey into NYX Korean
TYRANNY
MADE IN BELGIUM / [Korean] / DIE MANUFACTURED IN CHINA / [Korean]
Which Journey into Nyx Product ?
Looking at it now, I added the Boosters, hoping that I didn't do any mistakes, Will add Preconstructed Decks and Tournament Pack later

Sorry Alexis;
I should have been more careful with details.
MOL Magic 2010 Full Set
Regular
Wizards of the Coast, Inc.
Made in the USA
Lot # 460805968 [this may be 88 as it is a little blurred]
Bar code 251910000
This is a full set of 2010 cards for the redemption program for Magic Online.
Tyranny was The Journey into Nyx Prerelease forge box for Black.
The storyline needs the weapon "godslayer". Each color has a chance to forge it and this is the prerelease box for Black.
It is a little complicatd so for those interested:

Thanks Gary! There was a section, but it was missing all this information, I've added it now.
I've been slacking on this thread as I've been busy with other things, but I'll have to go back through the last page or so of posts to make sure it is up to date over the holidays.

Mark;
Sorry but I am a little confused as to the difference between what your doing here and what Tim is doing. In any case I posted this in the thread about M-15 extra cards and will duplicate here in hopes it makes it easier for you to have stuff in one place:
The freebe into "decks" from M-15 were printed in Korean.
They don't have any bar codes or ISBN or WOC numbers
the bottom has:
80000011348 200311348001~5 KR in WUBRG order
They are printed "Made in Belgium"
on the left side they have a gray strip with T 4 118 1 64 on each box.
So, I assume there will be Korean M-15 Shivan, Serra and Mahamoti Djinn in there somewhere unless the cards are in English--I will find that out.

Hi Gary
Tim is collecting data about ISBN and WOC numbers. This topic is about:
Here is a list of the respective country of manufacture for the various sealed MtG products released.

OK, then because these have no ISBN or WOC this is the right place for them. Does anyone know exactly what the number in the gray strip is for?
Verified today that the cards are in Korean.
I got another dose of the same complaint this year as I have gotten for the last two years.
Belgium printed Korean stuff is crap. Poor quality packaging and product to include foil cards that don't hold up.
I can not verify anything about the foil cards but the packaging is obvious to anyone that sets them side by side with US packaged stuff.

Hi Gary
Point is that more and more packaging and assembling are Made in China, while the cards are printed either in Belgium or in the US. Now, on a general level and due to the huge amount of cards printed compared to earlier sets, the quality level is maybe not as good as before. Misprints are not sent back anymore also, so for the Quality control cell of WOTC, they do an amazing job, as so few MTG cards or products are returned to them.

I still wonder, however, if the quality might be the result of a "second line" of product such as is done in other manufacturing processes. I know from experience that early on the Korean distributor did everything possible to reduce the cost of the product. Is it possible that CM might offer a lower price for a product where some corners are cut in the process? It only takes a very slight cost change to make a noticeable profit.
Just saying...
