I must buy a Multiverse Gift Box, and a Vanguard one as well so I can confirm all these boosters as I have no idea whether my boosters are from the boxes or not.

I only have a few boosters so there may be many more varieties out there, I can't say that what I have found is definitive.

What I have to work with...
German Boosters: 4 Blue (2 of each crimp), 2 Red
French Boosters: 2 Blue, 2 Red
Italian Boosters: 3 Blue

By printing the crimp comparisons out at high magnification I was able to get an accurate count of how many crimps there were in each booster and by measuring the boosters (Narrow Crimp boosters are 1mm wider) I was able to get a fairly accurate crimp spacing.

Wide Crimping 44 crimps or 1.5mm crimps
Narrow Crimping 67 crimps or 1mm crimps

Image
Sorry, that I can't help that much, but I did have a look at the 6 that I own:
French Blue: Narrow Crimp
French Red: Wide Crimp
German Blue: Wide Crimp
German Red: Wide Crimp x 2
Italian Blue: Narrow Crimp

Image

Therefore, i think that the possibility of the Italian Blue with Wide Crimp might exist.

Are those narrow crimp (pics taken from internet), I count more or less 76 ?

Did the Multiverse Gift Box have a Blue German Renaissance Booster? The pictures look like the Red one to me.
This is indeed a good question according to the pics on the the Multiverse box, on the advertisement, it's a red one:
http://www.magiclibrarities.net/145-rar ... index.html

I could find a pic from an unopened one as well (still red):
Image

Now, the answer is given from those Multiverse Gift Box openings:

Blue
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wu6W6Rd1K4

Red
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mi0cMN1z69E&t=198s

So, the answer is that either a Blue or Red German Renaissance booster was randomly inserted in the Multiverse Gift Box.

I started doing something like that a while back

Image

But it got real complicated really fast and slowed down the scanning. Most of the Made in ... info is hidden under the flap as well which is a pain as once I finish scanning them I seal them up in bags to keep the dirt and scratches away.
Some info is wrong on that pic (Magic: The Gathering):
Simplified Chinese: 万智牌
Traditional Chinese: 魔法風雲會

It's ok, from time to time, I will be able to update with some variants, either from sealed products that I own, or looking onto pics on the internet, as well as some members that might help.

I bought that exact same box off eBay, it wasn't cheap but it was the cheapest available at the time, but not by much.

When I received it I saw that the bottom of each booster had been cut off, had to return it :(

Anyway, thanks for the info on the Renaissance, I will redo the table to show the crimp variations, not sure if I want to go back and collect the different crimps but maybe one day when I am bored I might make the effort.

I have added Russian to the list of "Doesn't exist" as newer players may not know when Russian was first introduced and might think it is an omission.

For Portal Booster Art Simplified Chinese: Only Charging Paladin illustration exists
For Portal Booster Art Traditional Chinese: the 5 different illustrations exist
PS: Do you need WOC numbers, etc. Or , you only add them once you have the boosters in hand ?

The harder you look the more you find you need.

I am always on the look out for filling gaps in the collection but if I wait until I get them 100% complete then a lot of the work will never get done.

I verify all the data directly from the boosters, that way if an error had been made anywhere in previous attempts to record this info, I don't replicate the error, it does mean that even when info is known, there will still be gaps. But it is a good way of checking that I have recorded the info correctly, if your WOCs match my WOCs then we have a double confirmation.

I have also noticed that some WOCs are written WOCXXXXX, some are written WOC XXXXX and some as XXXXX. So it doesn't hurt to come at them with fresh eyes.

If anyone has any of the missing boosters I am always open to buying more to complete the collection.
