Update to Renaissance
Renaissance (July 1995) 3
Made in Belgium: French, German, German (Multiverse Gift Box), Italian
Italian Blue Boosters are Narrow Crimp. Red Boosters were not made.
French Blue and Red Boosters are Wide Crimp
German Blue and Red Boosters are Narrow Crimp
German Blue Booster is also in Wide Crimp.

Sorry, that I can't help that much, but I did have a look at the 6 that I own:GlobalBoosterHunter wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2017 1:31 amI must buy a Multiverse Gift Box, and a Vanguard one as well so I can confirm all these boosters as I have no idea whether my boosters are from the boxes or not.
I only have a few boosters so there may be many more varieties out there, I can't say that what I have found is definitive.
What I have to work with...
German Boosters: 4 Blue (2 of each crimp), 2 Red
French Boosters: 2 Blue, 2 Red
Italian Boosters: 3 Blue
By printing the crimp comparisons out at high magnification I was able to get an accurate count of how many crimps there were in each booster and by measuring the boosters (Narrow Crimp boosters are 1mm wider) I was able to get a fairly accurate crimp spacing.
Wide Crimping 44 crimps or 1.5mm crimps
Narrow Crimping 67 crimps or 1mm crimps
French Blue: Narrow Crimp
French Red: Wide Crimp
German Blue: Wide Crimp
German Red: Wide Crimp x 2
Italian Blue: Narrow Crimp
Therefore, i think that the possibility of the Italian Blue with Wide Crimp might exist.
Are those narrow crimp (pics taken from internet), I count more or less 76 ?
This is indeed a good question according to the pics on the the Multiverse box, on the advertisement, it's a red one:GlobalBoosterHunter wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2017 1:31 amDid the Multiverse Gift Box have a Blue German Renaissance Booster? The pictures look like the Red one to me.

I could find a pic from an unopened one as well (still red):
Now, the answer is given from those Multiverse Gift Box openings:
Blue

Red
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mi0cMN1z69E&t=198s
So, the answer is that either a Blue or Red German Renaissance booster was randomly inserted in the Multiverse Gift Box.
Some info is wrong on that pic (Magic: The Gathering):GlobalBoosterHunter wrote: ↑Thu Jun 08, 2017 11:19 pmI started doing something like that a while back
But it got real complicated really fast and slowed down the scanning. Most of the Made in ... info is hidden under the flap as well which is a pain as once I finish scanning them I seal them up in bags to keep the dirt and scratches away.
Simplified Chinese: 万智牌
Traditional Chinese: 魔法風雲會
It's ok, from time to time, I will be able to update with some variants, either from sealed products that I own, or looking onto pics on the internet, as well as some members that might help.
