Is there a global rule in order to see the difference or each card has its own?

not sure if you are interested but over on the auction site there is a signed shivan artist proof. seller seems to be passing it off as 1/50. not sure.

I'd like more info in general. THe only thing I've really seen is the video of some dude playing with it and a bunch of people saying "neat, I have no idea what it is"

Where did they come from, what is the quality on it, how is it made, etc Would be nice to know these things for the sake of knowing.

What about the Khalsa Brain Games MTG playmat released in 1999? I believe it has a Shivan image on it.

I don't think the owner will ever sell it, but I figured out it's so amazing that it's worth sharing with the biggest fan of Shivan Dragon:

My friend has been cross-stitching it for more than three months already...

Found a JPN Magazine that was buried, you can guess who graces the cover, and is on one of the pages inside:

Shivan Dragon, teaching kids to play MTG like a boss since 93.
squt: Sweet! That's the best trade - one that doesn't cost a thing.
