I think that Starter 2000 ones do not exist (Monstrous Growth instead)

I think you're right. I think Starter 2000 has normal 6th edition ones included

I don't know where to begin on prices and such though, so PLEASE PM ME!

A global set cannot be complete without an Alpha Playtest.
