official Token and Tip cards

Post by Mister Foilcard » Fri Aug 15, 2008 1:33 pm

I'm looking for complete sets of all released Token and Tip cards in all languages (except German) starting with 10th Edition until Eventide.
Who can sell me such sets? All cards must be in nearmint/mint condition.
I need these cards to make scans for the Librarities site (hoping that Alexis come back sometime to put all this stuff in the Librarities).

Is it for your collection or just to scan them ?

I can lend for the scans, but wouldn't have enough to sell to you.

If Alexis can't take care of the website anymore, maybe he could pass it to someone else here ?

That would not be so difficult to do.

There should be a tool to update the site more easily.

That's a pity, because when he's not around there are no updates.

Should we start a new website and build it around our community ?

A Wiki would be great for compiling all the info we have gathered on the forum for years.

I am working with a web developer who is quite talented and gifted. I always get what I want.

Since I am having my company's website completely rebuilt, I guess there could be parts that could be copied and pasted...

Maybe we could open a poll so as to know what should be done ?
A new website, this site transferred to a new webmaster...

It's nearly been a year since the site was really updated. So, what do we do ? Sit and wait and get frustrated ?

Nice Layout. Could be a good start.

Why shouldn't we brainstorm and build the website of our dreams ?

both, I want to collect all these sets and scan of course too. And scanning not only for the Librarities. Like some guys may know there's a "HQ scan project". We want to scan all ever printed Magic cards in all languages in high quality. For the English Magic cards the job is nearly done. Last sets I have scanned are Japanese P3K and French I2P. Next I will scan more German sets. To get an insight and/or download all the HQ scans, look at http://slightlymagic.net/forum/viewforu ... 62cce7f1fb
Anyone can contact me in this forum. I'm "PresetM" there.
I hope, now everyone can understand why I'm looking for the Token and Tip cards...

As you know already, I collect cards in all 9 languages, so I may help if needed. The work is gigantic. 15000 cards to scan in high res... You are courageous.

Would you trade Tip and Tricks ?
