Looking for sealed preview card packs

I am looking for help in compiling a list of which card was issued as a preview card for each set, and also trying to find any sealed packs I am missing. Here's a picture of the three packs I currently own, and a list of which card(s) were released for each set that I know of.

Dead//Gone should be the preview card for Planar Chaos and I believe that Gobhobbler Rats was the preview for Dissension.
