Thanks a lot for looking through my list.
In fact the Jap 4th WB and Mirage are already in my list: The "0"' just indicates that I don't have it.
All the places with "N/A" are the ones that don't exist (at least I guess).

Maybe I can hit you up on something:
T-Chinese Mercadian Masques FOIL - Does it exist? I haven't been able to see any cards anywhere.

And are there any other cards I'm missing on the list?

Chinese Mercadian masques had only english foils.
Nemesis was the first set to have chinese Foil Cards.

Additionally, s-chinese invasion also had only english foils. However s-chinese Invasion Foil Basics exist, they come from PRecon Decks ( Each deck had 1 foil basic)

I checked our inventory but we only had 65 forest at the moment, I dont know the rules for posting links etc to our store as considering advertising etc but we have some stuff like starter 1999 etc and i have some alpha/beta privately.
