Gotcha45 is a really serious man, and really strict in grading, so when he say "Nmint+/MINT" you can consider it's straight from pack (or better

)

I too am super anal about my grading

Sorry about the WM... don't want any fake eBay sales showing up.

As for your offer price Gotcha... Although it is pretty fair, I think I am going to hold onto this baby for a while.
