I have an Odyssey foil Cephalid Scout, square-cut with upside-down back. Troll and Toad had a few more a couple years ago for pretty cheap ($8-25).

I'm sure the foil ones Toad & Toad had came from Jim. He has a very large collection of off the wall stuff.
