If it is meant for my comment, it is most likely this card won't show up on the market in short term.

The last price I know it sold for is around 500 $. And if you want anyone to put one up for sale may be offering a good premium.

Otherwise, you will wait, like many others, for years. And unless you are extremely lucky, when one shows up on one of known platforms, there will be a battle. And one can only guess where it would end.

Keep in mind there are two different English ones that exist, neither of which I could see surfacing any time soon.
