This seems to come from the precon scout deck.
But is it worth that much ? GL on that.

Where's the rest of the deck? If it's from a precon it's unlikely that it was opened with just a single miscut card

It is from the precon card number 109 is a common and would have only been on the precon sheet with a rare. I'm almost 100% sure the normal print run had only rares on the rare sheet unless it was a precon deck.
