How many of each of these actually get out there? specifically Naughty/Nice, but would like any info on all of them if availible, thanks.

I am sure, the naughty/nice has a bigger printrun than the promos before.
Even our small shop here got one lately and there are many on MCM.
But for exact numbers i cant help.
