Value of Summer Hurricane?

The 'What's the most you ever paid for a single card?' poll got me thinking.
What would be a fair price for NM Summer Hurricane today?
Think i'll have to up my poll vote for that one.. :p

I want to say 3000-4000, but I'm not sure. They used to be less, didn't they?
But anymore they are pretty much gone.

$5000 minimum bid by a retailer, not bid up to that price, right? I've seen both Cardhaus and T&T list them around that mark, but they didn't sell.

From what I've seen, been told. Summer Underground, Serendib and possibly BoPs tend to sell for more then the Hurricanes these days. and they have been selling for 2-2.5k, so likely under 2k if one came up on ebay with a decent starting price.
