I've never seen Onslaught, but some Mercadian Masques and Fallen Empires commons exist with two fronts overlaid and normal backs.

There are Masques commons with backs on both sides, as well as a front on one; is that what you're referring to?

Probably. I don't have any Masques ones myself. I just remembered seeing a similar sort of error for auction several years ago.
How many of the cards listed in this post so far came from a source other than the aforementioned motivated seller who had a whole box?

I think the reverse is the all-white shown below. Those cards probably shared a sheet with those already posted.

The guy I got my Metal Hurloon Minotaur from had some of these from his cousins collection.....he had already sold a few and was keeping the rest to sell himself when I bought the collection, as I had no interest in buying them at the prices he wanted.....I don't know remember which cards, but he had a good 5+ of them...
He also had some weird Homelands misprints, a few Fallen Empire ones.....and I think a Wyvern backed card. His name was Josh....
