unplayable ... so $15-$20 ?

What's exactly "unplayable" in it? It would be problematic if it was miscut the other way, i.e. if it had another name visible on the bottom, but right here the only thing that's not on the card is artist credit, which is not necessary to play and the P/T visible on the top is not confusing at all (in my opinion). As a judge, I'd permit this easily to any tournament.
[edit] Of course, I assume the deck would be kept in opaque sleeves.

i meant it is unplayable because you can not play it in any competitive deck. highly played cards fetch incredibly high prices.

Ah, right. :D I suck as a player, so I focus on different things when looking at cards.
