The Magic Librarities

I was looking for a complete price list for Summer cards and I decided to build one for my use. I used as a base the listings from kidicarus and set the value for non-premium cards to:

- common: 60 euro
- uncommon: 100 euro
- rare: 350 euro

Here follows the list, if anyone is willing to go through it and point out any relevant variations, I'll be more than happy to fix.

For everybody that pmed me for cards, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding: I do not own all the cards listed, I only published a complete price list for public reference.

That is a lot of work, nice!

So based on your figures, what would you think the price would be if you added up the values of all the cards in an average booster?

I.e not the best rares but not the worst ones.

I only ask because I like my sealed boosters and I like to imagine what they could be worth, if only I opened them.

Summer seems to be appreciating more than most sets and the prices are most volatile but I based my calculations on the Kidicarus auctions and came up with around $4000. Is that about right?

Did a land ever get substitued into the rare or uncommon slot?

I remember getting a ton of land in Revised but you always seemed to get your rare and 2 uncommons.

As it's the same than Revised:
21% of uncommons are lands
38% of commons are lands

The prices on the following cards are way off.

Serra Angel 3500/4000 possibly more you'll have to pry it out of an angel collectors hands. You won't get mine. =)
Royal Assassin is 1000/1500
Mana Vault is 3000/4000
Sol Ring is more like 3000/4000 at this point maybe more.
Underground Sea BGS 9.5 sold for $17500 in the past year.

Was looking over this list. Prices seem really low in general. Is that just cause the list is from Oct and they have gone up? Anyway I picked up a BEB today. Paid 175 and felt like I got a decent deal on it. It's mint.



This is the first Summer card I have owned, so I don't know a whole lot about their value etc. Seller had a Black Vice too. But he wanted $1800, which seemed really high. It was mint.

I would agree that prices on this list are on the low to very low side. If I were a buyer I would like this list but you would be hard pressed to actually find cards for these values today.

You scored on that BEB as I have only seen them for $300+, especially if it is mint! Nice =D>
