I would expect the playable cards would be of considerable value similar to wyvern backed version. Unplayable cards not so sure on the value.

Can someone tell us more about the blue bordered Fallen Empires cards ? Never heard of them.

Easy guess would be the same errors that give albinos and other colour misprints, but just on the borders. Likely a lack of some inks that were mixed to get black.
