Hello,

I really like to know the value of a new Unlimited starter box.
I also attached a picture and if you like I can post some more.

Is a value of $25000 realistic or would it be even more or less?

I think unlimited booster would sell easy 800 USD on ebay.
If you open a box and sell them one buy one, i think they will sell quite fast at 800 USD each.
Suppose you sell them 700 USD you get 25 200 USD.
I think 25 200 is a minimum.
it much more easier to find 22 poeple buying one or two boosters than one person buying a box.
but a whole box is more rare than boosters so the price should be higher.

However, i don t think i would be able to say if a box is a real unlimited box from 93 that as never been open. So unless i buy it from someone i trust 100 % and that got it since 93, i would not buy one ...

Did you bought this box in 1993 ?

We're not talking about booster but starter decks. 10 starters in one Unlimited box.

This is actually not mine. A person I know claims $25000 for the box. He has his own Magic shop and the box for over 10 years in his possession.

Because this shrinkwrapped UNL starter box is a very scarce item, it is quiet difficult to announce an accurate value on it. But I'm pretty sure that some experienced member here should be able to give you an idea of it...

However I have a question : is your friend only asking you to find the value of this box or is he also asking you to sell it for him ?

No he has not specifically asked me to sell it in his name. But he wants to sell the box ;-)

It s 2500 USD one starter then ...
It look like they sell for this price on ebay.
I think 25 k is fair then.

Man the way some of the prices have gone up for the power 9 even in unlimited I think 25K is a low end.
But then I am sitting on my box of UL boosters and probably wouldn't sell it for that even.

Best of luck on that, hope whoever does end up with it keeps it sealed. Not many of those around anymore.

I think the same as Gary, 30k will be a minimum, as prices will just climb monthes after monthes, especially for Mint Unlimited cards that can be graded. Also the Starter Box looks in pretty good shape, more pics of the diiferent angles will be a plus.
