These were apparently given out at an Edmonton PTQ on Saturday, according to a MTGSalvation poster.
Looks to be 3/5 G09.

Hi Tim.
I was on the point to ask Members what was the 5/5 G08 Judge Gift Card, but looks like there's a mystery about it.Regarding the 1-4 G09, as usual, they never respect a logical order, so I guess that they will come after.
