WANTED: Members who know Korean!

Post by yawg07 » Tue Mar 23, 2010 3:08 am

Yep! I need to get some solid, correct, oracle wordings in Korean for a few different cards. Can anyone help me?

Force of Will
Mana Drain
Ponder

etc

Let me know! This is for another altering project. *nods*

There is no oracle wording for non-English and there's never been a template in Korean for things like alternate costs.

You're best served finding somebody to do a good translation from the English oracle.

CORRECTION! Mystical_tutor only knows enough Korean to properly greet someone, order a beer or get his face slapped.

Volcanon is exactly right. From a linguistic and play point of view only a translation from the present English Oracle into Korean would be anywhere neer correct and maybe that is what you are seeking. As a note, the original text on Korean cards was often done by people that didn't even know how to play Magic and some of the translations suck.

If you want a Korean language translation, however, for whatever reason, I will ask my wife to translate the oracle wording into Korean for you. She does play Magic and does know Korean.

Just PM me if that is what you are looking for.

Gary
