This seller had 2 of these packs available. Before the auctions closed, I asked a simple question.
This isn't how these cards were packaged by the maufacturer, so they have been opened from their original packaging - search "Urza's Legacy pack" on ebay and you'll see the original packaging. Can you open both of these (I see 2 auctions for the same type thing) and tell me what cards are inside?
This was his reply:
Yes, this is how they were packaged I have a box with several more packaged the same way, they probably originally came out of the Urza's Booster Box. I'm sorry but I'm not going to open them.
I'm kind of surprised that these actually sold - especially considering his $4.90 shipping charge.
Always looking for:
Legends Presence of the Master (English or Italian)
Dark Sorrow's Path (English or Italian)
Non-English Contract From Below.

They look like grab bags. The seller obviously isn't very bright. Probably a scammer.

Maybe somebody just really wanted the Treetop.
By itself it's worth $2.
and maybe the winning buyer can't do math.
but, looking closer at the auction, not only did the seller not have his answer show on the auction, but the new winner has... hmmm... 2 feedback, and 66% bid history with the seller this month? I think our bright friend tried to help himself, and overdid it. looks like a greedy idiot to me.

Factory sealed with a flip resealable packing (usually for bootleg dvds and what not)?..... I think not.
