Hey Alexis, thanks for the info, I've updated the list.
since I have no other idea, I've tentatively marked 69 & 70 as Commander promos. I suppose we'll find out if I'm wrong within the next 2 months.

Yeah, I was kinda thinking this would happen when I saw that the Gameday promos for Innistrad did the asterisk thing, too.
Thanks for the info on the new Gateway promos though. They include Gateway at the end?

I had #69 DCI fall onto my desk the other day. It was in with a bunch of #50 DCI, and understandably so, because both promos are the same alternate-art Fling. #50 has the DCI logo for its expansion symbol and watermark, while #69 has the shooting star for each of those.
After that discovery, I went digging and found its counterpart, #70 DCI, grouped together with a stack of #51 DCI Sylvan Ranger. Same story there -- the DCI logo has been replaced by a shooting star.
I haven't been able to find out where the higher-numbered promos are from. Anybody know how and why they were issued?

Whoua, that would be the best discover of the week.
Congratulation, I need to check my collection to see what I have.
I presume the foreign ones have one one version....

Oh, could this maybe also be true for the 'missing' Judge promo (4/8 G11)? Was also in the time the logos on the promos changed, right?
Greetings

Found these scans I took some time ago of cards that are likely buried in my basement, and I never noticed until now that these are also #69 and #70, like the English ones Tosta Dojen found. I guess that means it isn't restricted to an English only printing! Best of luck in finding all the languages promo hunters :p

DCI numbers are not being used with promos as of the release of Innistrad. Instead, there is a 5-point star before the card's set number, and the program/purpose is listed afterwards. Known programs include: Buy a Box, FNM, Game Day, Gateway, Launch, League, & Prerelease.
Updated the list a bit. I'll update as I notice new programs.

Thanks Clay;
I needed that as I have been trying to figure it all out. I don't have the 69 or 70 versions.
Any idea what the difference in their use was?

No clue, Gary, I only know what I know due to the information other members have posted.
