Just from the scans I'm pretty confident it's a reback or the back doesn't match the front alignment wise. The front is off center to the left a but and the back is perfect. This would be the reason behind the card having the crease in the dead center of the card. Worth 0 to a collector but as a proxy someone may want it.
BGS 9+ Alpha set 282/295 (97.29%) Avg 9.41
BGS 9.5+ Beta set 283/302 (93.71%) Avg 9.58
BGS 9.5+ Arabian set 35/92 (38.04%) Avg 9.62
BGS 9.5+ Antiquities set 82/100 (82%) Avg 9.64
BGS 9.5+ Legends set 279/310 (90.00%) Avg 9.61

It kinda looks like the vertical centering doesn't match either.

That is if the card is a reback....but I'm almost certain it is. Although some cards from back in the day did have some printing issues were the backs were off center from the fronts although they are pretty rare.

No way that this damage is from bending the card once or twice - even if it is rebacked. I am pretty sure it was folded on purpose.
Maybe so that one can say - "hey it survived this so it has to be authentic".
