Does anyone know the origins of this thing? Was it given to store owners, or did it come in some sort of sealed product?

I was a Judge back in the late 90's and have seen this, I believe they were given to tournament organizers and/or judges (maybe only certain levels).
But I am not positive on this.

Haha, I just noticed in the copyright, they refer to the M in Magic as the batwing "M"

I can not remember when or where I got mine but I think it was as a TO in Korea... not sure.

Is the "Batwing M" the circle M of arena days?

For some reason I think I remember getting one of these inside an arean kit our store received back in the late 90's.

Could be this, the store I regualrly judged at did run Arena leagues could be why we had a copy there.

I've never seen this before, and I'd really like to have one for professional reasons if anyone got a spare one :)
