Arena Chill Misprint

I found this Arena Chill in my cards I want to part with.

On this picture you've a normal one and one other where the activation cost of is nearly completely vacant.

Is it a well known misprint ?
Is it more valuable than a normal one ?

A large number of the exist I don't know the exact number but my guess is 10%-25% of the ones printed ended up with this error. I may be off on the guestimate though. This is something that's not all that valuable or rare.
