Hopefully, this time somebody will help. Since some parts of that page are saved as images, not as text, translation programs are not an option.

AFAIK there is no 2005 series.

What do you need translated? Store names? They aren't allowed to sell the MPS lands, only give them out.

Since I was bored, here's my bad english translation.

MPS : Introduction
Thank you for viewing the mtg official webpage.
As everyone know, the 9th edition and ravnica is selling very well.
Alot of ppl who stopped playing has come back and alot more new players are joining.
But most users has left us a msg on how
1. There isnt alot of opponent
2. I dont know the rules at expert level.

To increase the magic population, we started the "MTG Premiere shop (MPS)"

All the MPS stores will find you opponent and teach you the rules at expert level.

Without the help of others, magic has no hope.
so please help out the community.

how are MPS?
Magic premiere shops are
- a shop where you will always find mtg product
- gain the latest information
- a store that runs weekly/annual events
- where they'll teach you how to play
- where you can find players to play test
- where you can be a better player
- where you can get promo cards

MPS Promo Cards
* text on the swamp
- To see better, it is in black and white image
- There will be a guild symbol
- the guild name is in english

As the first promo card, ravnica guild symbol lands will be distributed.
The plans for the 2nd promo are cards with different illustration.
It'll depend on stores but these will be distributed as follows:
- Event prize
- Draft prize
- Buying Japanese product

For more details, please contact the nearest MPS.

and the rest is just store location and contact information.

I would assume it's done by only in japan because MPS itself is prolly ran by takara tommy, and not by wizards. I'm not 100% sure though.

It is, I believe, for the same reason that Japanese Rav tourney packs crack japanese pro cards that have "www.takaratomy.co.jp" on the back.

So ... Wizards mades some promo cards for a programm of Takara Tommy, not one of hem, it's strange isn't it ?

I just try to understand where those cards and this program come from.

Wizards didnt make it. Try and understand that in Japan, Takara Tommy (toy company) runs magic. Takara Tommy makes the MPS lands, and wizards has nothing to do with it.

This has nothing to do with it but in japan, Blizzard doesnt exist (company that made War Craft, star craft, etc), but the games are still released, under capcom's name.

In short, wizards subcontracted mtg out in Japan instead of selling it through a subsidiary like i believe they did in France.
