Planar Chaos FAQ?
Has the official card and mechanic FAQ been released by WOTC yet? usually it's out before the pre-release so Judges know how to rule on the new cards...

FAQ
As of Time Spiral, the FAQ is no longer released before the Pre-release. All we have now is a rules primer. The primer is available on the Wizards site.

I don't know if I mentioned it here, but I got in an argument with the official MTG site mod about checklists. He said that they couldn't post a numeric checklist because time spiral messed with gatherer. When i pointed out that Coldsnap was posted incorrectly (alphabetically, and out of numeric order) before time spiral came out, and that any ape with a keyboard could re-type it in order for the benefit of magic collectors everywhere, he just repeated that time spiral messed with gatherer and that they would have it fixed...eventually.
What I don't understand is why they wouldn't just type up a text checklist by hand and post it. Don't they want to be the place people go for that sort of thing? Don't they know how irritating it is for collectors accross the world to either do it themselves or search the internet for another soul that has been kind enough to post a checklist on their own? Is it just me, or is posting an aphabetical checklist pointless?
Anywhoo...I am still looking for the numeric one myself and would love it if someone less lazy than me would post it here.
