Hey pder,
If you are interested, that seller Orion sells a lot of Amy Weber art on the back of Whelp APs. My guess is that the whelp got a lot more than just the normal 50 copies.
The top auction you posted, most of the art appears similar to that in design. The second auction appears to me to be a new type of design (though in all honesty, I have not been watching the whelp auctions much lately, since they were virtually all similiar to the first one). Maybe it is time to start paying attention to more of that sellers auctions, in case Amy is starting to do more designs.

Re: Looking for Dragon Whelps as always!
orion is amy weber.
ive purchased a couple of her re-worked AP's
and they are generally different.
one i have is a 4th ed AP, another is an FBB AP
i also missed a bid on a FBB scrybe sprites one.
*shrug*
they are kinda cool, she signs the front too.

Never argue with an Idiot, they will drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

Not necessarily. Consider that there are 50 copies per language, per set the card appeared in. 25 sets & languages x50 = 1250 Dragon Whelp APs. Also consider that she draws whelp-like figures on the backs of APs of other cards. My guess is that the whelp got a lot more than just the normal 50 copies.

How much do you want an alternate 4th Whelp?
