Hi
Does anyone know how to fix this, as the setting in the Administration panel is correct?

I don't know how the Library's time can be corrected, but it's 6 hours and 4 minutes fast. I'm on Eastern time zone (-5 GMT) but I have the time zone on Librarities set at -11 so that the site says the same time/date as my computer.

where is the server for the site physically located?

If the problem is what I think it could be, (and it sounds reasonable to me not knowing where the server is physically at,) if the server is in say Chicago or Dallas (or anywhere else in the US Central Time Zone (-6 GMT)), math says: -6 + -5 = -11. all you'd have to do is then change the time that the server thinks it is...

but not knowing anything other than the "date and hour are wrong" from one other person's inputs and not by how much their time is off, the theory stated above is just that.
